Not Me! Monday

Welcome to Not Me! Monday - the place where you can feel free to share your imperfections and confess a few of those moments that you've had throughout the week (you know the ones...) For example:

In an attempt to do some last minute cleaning before someone came to view my house (which is on the market), I most certainly did not decide to just hide a pile of dirty clothes in an empty drawer. I would never do that. And if I had, I certainly wouldn't have documented it for all the world to see:

Being the laundry-diva that I am, I decided this week to read the label on my new bathing suit and actually wash it accordingly - that is, to hand wash it. Being so conscientious, I definitely did not then leave the suit sitting in the water for several days, causing the purple bottom to dye pink the sections of the top that were once white. (If I had done such a thing, I would insert an Oops right here.)
(lucky for me, the flash helps to hide the pink splotchy sections)

While killing time during the aforementioned showing of my house on Saturday, I did not knock my chai latte over, sending it flying all over the back seat of my car. Since that surely did not even occur, I won't have to admit the words that I did not think in my head and the fact that I did not proceed to dry up the mess with a black skirt that was in the back seat.

What about you? Anything you'd like to confess to the world me and a few of my friends? You might be glad that you did :-)

I always love these posts.

On Sunday morning, I most certainly did not put on a pair of heeled flip flops that I knew were missing the rubber sole on the heel and then proceed to slip and fall in the garage. And I did not then proceed to slip and side down the halls of the nursery (don't worry - if I had, Mike was surely holding Amelia!). And if I had done that, I'm sure I wouldn't have then sent Mike off to get some tape to put on the bottom of the heel so I wouldn't fall when I went to pick Amelia up.

That's far too rednecky and just plain dumb, so definitely not me!

(By the way, where are you planning to move to?)
